Return Procedure To request warranty service, customer must email or call Open Choice Computers within the warranty period. Have your invoice available when calling. Customer must ship the products back to Open Choice Computers in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. With your return include copy of your invoice and your correct shipping information. We recommend that our customers use UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS or FedEx Ground is typically the cheapest.
